tuesday -in- brighton

And so, my time in England drew to a close a little over a month ago.

I’m almost done uploading my photos to my flickr, but check periodically for more.

I can’t believe that my time in Brighton is coming to a close. I have less than a week before my parents arrive and we head off to Paris and Barcelona (woohoo!).

It has been, without a doubt, the best five and a half months of my life. I’ve met some truly amazing people, made work that I feel proud of, and seen more amazing things than I can count on both hands. 

I thank my lucky stars (and my parents/extended family/MCAD) that I’ve had this opportunity and know that what precious little time I have left here will be just as amazing.

New Brighton Work! This piece was definitely influenced by my haul from Amsterdam.

More blisterific photos. My poor lil’ American feet aren’t used to this much walking, which makes for some awesome foot injuries and inflamations.

Okay guys, I know that I’ve let you down big time. Not updating for two months! TWO MONTHS! Anyway, I have some real gems to share with you from the past two months, though I’ve forgotten my password to my flickr (whoops!), I’ll post them here. Swear it!

Here I am, in all of my awkward glory, trying to do a bell-kick at Arundel Castle. The Castle is really awesome because there is a medieval section, as well as a livable, modern section that the duke and duchess still live in! I wish that I had photos from the inside, but they were strictly forbidden. Oh well, guess you’ll just have to visit :).

P.S. In addition to my little jaunts around the Surrey area and Salzburg, I’ve been a busy girl and have finally made a real website and ordered business cards! Proud?
